Returns & Exchanges
At Mosmi Pakistan, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate a request, please contact our support team and provide clear photographs of the product along with your order details.
Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Used or washed products
- Color variation due to screen settings
Refund Policy
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund approval is subject to verification of the reported issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
