Yes. We buy mill-certified lawn by the roll, never seconds, never mixed lots, and every shirt length is weighed and checked for weight and print quality before it is cut. If a piece ever reaches you feeling thinner or flimsier than described, send it back and we refund in full.

Because we would rather make nine pieces properly than ninety carelessly. Each design is cut in a small run, hand-finished in our Lahore atelier, and not restocked once it sells out. It keeps the quality high and means you are unlikely to meet your own shirt at a wedding.

Add the piece to your bag and check out, or simply message us on WhatsApp with the name and your size, many of our customers order entirely in chat. Either way you get a confirmation and a tracking number.

No. When a piece is gone it stays gone, and we say so honestly rather than restocking in a lesser fabric. Join the email list and you will hear about the next drop before it goes live.

For a day, yes, message us on WhatsApp. With only two or three of each size in stock we cannot hold longer than that without being unfair to the next customer.

The easiest way: take a shirt you already love, lay it flat, measure the bust and length, and match those numbers to our size guide. It is far more reliable than measuring your body, and it is how our own team picks sizes.

Take the larger one. Our pieces are cut in a relaxed straight fit, and lawn relaxes a little after the first wash. Nobody has ever complained a kameez was half an inch too comfortable.

Gladly. Send your bust, waist and height on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly which size to take, including when the answer is that none of ours will fit you well.

Ready-to-wear and stitched in the size you choose, with the dupatta and trouser included as described on each piece. Nothing needs a tailor unless you want the length altered.

Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad usually land in two to three days; smaller cities and towns in three to four.

Rs 250 flat on orders under Rs 12,000, and free above that, however many pieces are in the bag.

If our courier reaches it, we deliver there, all four provinces, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. Very remote areas may add a day. We do not ship internationally through the site yet; message us and we will arrange it manually.

Your tracking number reaches you by SMS and WhatsApp the moment the parcel is handed to the courier, with a link you can tap. Or send us your order number and we will check it for you.

Yes, within seven days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unstitched and in its original packaging. We arrange the pickup from your door; you do not go to a courier office. Exchange for another size or take a refund, your choice.

Send us a photo the same day. We replace the piece if we still have it, or refund you in full. Our mistake is always our cost, including the delivery.

Seven to ten business days from the day the piece reaches us and passes a quick check. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by Bank Deposit, and we send you the transfer reference so you can see it moving.

Yes, on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. No advance payment is required. We confirm your order by message or a short call before dispatch, and payment is collected on delivery.

Yes, by Bank Deposit, settled before we dispatch. Delivery time is the same either way, 2–4 working days anywhere in Pakistan.

Yes. Every price on the site is in Pakistani Rupees and includes applicable taxes. Delivery is the only thing added, and only under Rs 12,000.
