We arrange the pickup and cover the return delivery once per order.
We deliver to every city and town our courier reaches, all four provinces, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. Remote areas may add a day. We do not ship internationally yet; message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it manually.

Pay the rider at your door
No advance payment is required for COD orders. We confirm your order by message or a short call before dispatch, and payment is collected on delivery.
- Have the exact amount ready if you can, riders rarely carry change.
- Your order is confirmed by WhatsApp or a phone call before it ships.

Know where your parcel is
Your tracking number reaches you the moment the parcel is handed to the courier, by SMS and on WhatsApp, with a link you can tap.

Order number looks like MOS-1042; the tracking number arrives with it.

Good to know
- Processing
- We process and dispatch orders promptly on every working day.
- Sundays & holidays
- We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Around Eid, allow an extra day or two, couriers slow down and we'd rather say so up front.
- Missed delivery
- The courier reattempts twice. If both fail, the parcel returns to us and we'll message you to arrange a fresh dispatch.
- Damaged in transit
- Send us a photo the same day. We replace the piece if we still have it, or refund in full, no argument.
